kids PROGRAM

Welcome to CrossFit Kids! In today’s world, it is so important for kids to learn how to stay physically active and develop the foundations of movement. These are skills that will last a lifetime and keep them happy and confident as they get older. Our goal is for the kids to move well, have fun and become the best version of themselves!

The workout program is built to help kids achieve a balanced level of conditioning and strength to help maximize their performance in whatever activities they do! We do this with hands on coaching to ensure that they move safely, to the best of their ability, while enjoying a fun and challenging environment.

Kids classes are held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 5pm to 6pm.
