The Hidden Health Risks of Modern Living – EMFs: Why You Should Ditch Your Microwave

microwave emf

Electromagnetic fields (EMFs) are a type of energy that can be found all around us, from our cell phones (especially 5G), Wi-Fi routers to the electrical wires in our homes. While these technologies have made our lives much easier, they also emit harmful EMFs that can have negative effects on our health.

Background

There is some scientific evidence suggesting that exposure to high levels of electromagnetic fields (EMFs) may have negative effects on health. For example, some studies have linked EMF exposure to an increased risk of cancer, fertility problems, and other health issues.

In fact, insurers rank 5G and electromagnetic radiation as a “high” risk, comparing the issue to lead and asbestos. (link)

The World Health Organization (WHO) has classified radiofrequency (RF) radiation, which is a type of EMF, as possibly carcinogenic to humans.

Some experts say EMFs are the new smoking.

Everyone loves their 5G for fast downloads and laptop with wireless connections and their airpods … but 30 years from now, will we look back and wish we could rewrite history? Smoking was cool for a long time and it took a LOT to change the tide before we truly learned the dangers and deadly outcome from smoking. Is the same true for EMF?

What Can You Do?

One of the biggest sources of EMFs in our homes is the microwave. Microwaves emit high levels of electromagnetic radiation that can penetrate deep into our bodies and damage our cells. This type of radiation has been linked to cancer, infertility, birth defects, and other serious health problems. On another note, cooking with a micro reduces the nutritional value of the food being cooked!

If you’re concerned about the dangers of EMFs, it’s important to take steps to reduce your exposure. One of the best ways to do this is to get rid of your microwave and switch to alternative cooking methods, such as ovens, stovetops, and slow cookers. These appliances emit much lower levels of electromagnetic radiation, making them a safer choice for your health.

Another way to reduce your exposure to EMFs is to limit your use of electronic devices and keep them at a safe distance from your body. For example, you can use a headset or speakerphone instead of holding your cell phone to your ear, and for those that keep the cell in your pocket… try to keep it farther from you body! You can also keep your Wi-Fi router in a different room from where you sleep and turn it off at night. I recently just got a “smart outlet” so it turns the outlet off that is connected to our router at 10pm and turns it back on at 430am. Why expose yourself to wi-fi EMF at night when you are sleeping and in no need of wi-fi?

Conclusion

In conclusion, the dangers of EMFs are real and can have serious consequences for our health. If you’re concerned about the effects of these fields on your well-being, it’s important to take steps to reduce your exposure, starting with getting rid of your microwave. By making small changes in your habits and choosing safer technology, you can protect yourself and your family from the harmful effects of EMFs.
