Welcome to CrossFit Teens! In today’s world, it is so important for kids to learn how to stay physically active and develop the foundations of movement. These are skills that will last a lifetime and keep them happy and confident as they get older. Our goal is for the teens to move well, have fun and become the best version of themselves!

The workout program is built to help teens achieve a balanced level of conditioning and strength to help maximize their performance in whatever activities they do! We do this with hands on coaching to ensure that they move safely, to the best of their ability, while enjoying a fun and challenging environment.

Starting in January 2023, Teens classes will be Tuesday and Thursdays at 5pm.
