After much consideration and feedback, I’ve decided to add different options to my service offerings. If you aren’t sure what this is all about, here’s a simple description of how I can aid in your habitual needs.

Personal Nutrition/Lifestyle Coaching – $250/month (90 day minimum commitment)
Personal Nutrition/Lifestyle Coaching Month to Month– $300 Cancel anytime (cannot be prorated in first 30 days)
Single Session (45 min) – $75 Offer for Nutrition or Specific Training/Assessment Focus- Includes Pre/Postnatal, Breathing Techniques, Postural Assessment etc.
Nutrition Intro – FREE with $50 No Show Reservation Fee. Refunded in FULL if you show up for your appointment or contact me within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule.
