Fall is practically here, y’all and with that comes the DELICIOUS smells and flavors of all that it is!
Today I have my absolute favorite fall smoothie recipe for you to try out! So, get your blenders ready because you will not want to miss out on this one!
HIGH PROTEIN PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE:
-Handful of ice
-1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
-½ cup of Pumpkin Puree
-2 tsp of Pre-made Pumpkin Spice (OR 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp cloves, 1/4 tsp ginger to make at home)
-½ of a Ripe Banana
-1 good handful of spinach (don’t worry, you won’t even taste it!)
-Splash of unsweetened, vanilla almond milk or water to thin it out (add as much or as little for desired thickness)
Then. . .
BLEND! BLEND! BLEND!
Blend all of the ingredients together for at least 1-2 mins for a smoothie, delish and creamy, high protein pumpkin smoothie! 🙂
